Information can be inspected by a prior arranged appointment.

Photocopies of information (that does not breach copyright) can be copied at a minimal cost to cover expenses.

Any photocopies to be sent by post will be subject to postage and packaging costs.

Any information available on the Parish Council Website is also available from the Parish Clerk and is subject to any applicable charges.

The Parish Council is registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

Reviewing the Policy

In line with the Gedney Hill Parish Council Standing Orders, all Policies will be reviewed on a 12 monthly basis for applicability in line with changes in current legislation and requirements of the council.

All policies therefore, will be reviewed and adopted at the AM irrespective of the date on which they were initially written.
