I hereby give you notice that the Play Park Committee meeting of the above-named Parish Council will be held at Gedney Hill & District Memorial Hall, Hillgate, Gedney Hill, PE12 0NN at 7pm on Tuesday 26th May 2026.
All members of the Committee and subsequent members are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.
Your attendance is also required for the 15 minute Public Forum, this will take place at the start of the meeting and is open for the Public to ask questions or make statements.

2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given.
3. Declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consideration of any requests for dispensation.
4. Acceptance of minutes from 6 January 2026.
5. To receive a financial update.
6. Lottery Funding update and agree next steps.
7. 2026 Events – Flower & Produce Show and Inflatable Fun Day (Date to agreed during the School Summer Holidays)
8. Update from the GHPC meeting regarding issues items in need of repair in the Pavilion.
9. Match funding on the Pavilion.
10. 2027 Party in Park Date to be agreed.
11. Items to be added to next agenda.
12. Agree date for next PPC meeting.
